About weight loss
Everyone that has joined Lose Some Fat knows how hard
it is to lose weight. It is not just something you do, it has
to be a change in your lifestyle. Unfortunately in the real
world today there is usually not enough time in the average
person's schedule to make such a change. Even if they are able
to make changes those around them, including their families,
usually do not making the process extremely hard.
The cost of exercise equipment, "miracle" pills, and
untasty meals is usually not part of the average persons
budget. We would all rather eat normally and gain weight than
have to pay thousands of dollars per year to take a risk on
something that would probably never work. The cycle has been
never ending for decades and has most recently only gotten
worse.
In America over 1/4 of the population is overweight. In
some states as much as 1/3 of the population is overweight.
Being overweight doesn't just affect your physical health and
abilities but it affects your mental health and in some cases
affects those around you, especially your immediate family.
What makes us different?
Lose Some Fat was not created by a big corporation
looking to make a profit off of your inability to lose weight.
The idea for this website came from a couple who, probably
just like you, tried everything on the market to lose weight
and just never could. The money was spent and in some cases
the weight was lost for a short period of time but never as we
all have dreamed... for good.
After putting together the ideas of all the dieting plans,
books, and advice used it came down to some very simple
shortcuts to lose weight which did not include anything those
books, plans, advice, or late night commercials even
mentioned... or maybe they failed to mention for the benefit
of having return business?
The idea spread through friends who also lost weight, and they
told others, who also eventually lost weight. The initial
members of this website are still those initial group of
friends, eager to share their advice with you.
The years of being overweight came to an end for several
hundred people the first year Lose Some Fat was publicly
available. Since then we have refined our program with the
advice and suggestions of our thousands of members.
