What exactly do I get with a
membership?
When you join you will have access to download and read
the Lose Some Fat program. You will also get access to our
members area where you can track your weight loss progress and
get support from our health team if you are having trouble at
any time.
How much weight can I expect to
lose?
The amount of weight you lose is dependent on your body
composition and daily habits. However if you are excessively
overweight you can expect to lose more than someone who is
slightly overweight. Some members lose as little as 1 pound
per week while others lose as many as 7 pounds per week.
What additional costs will there
be after I become a member?
There will be no additional costs after you purchase a
membership. We do not require you to purchase any pills,
special meal plans, or anything else you may be used to while
on a diet since in fact, the Lose Some Weight program is not a
diet at all because you will not be required to make any major
changes in your daily lifestyle.
I have medical issues including
diabetes, heart problems, etc. Will this still work for me?
Yes, this program is extremely safe and you will never
be put in a situation where you could potentially danger
yourself due to our methods or advice.
What is the age range I should be
in to use this program?
We recommend that you are at least 18 years of age and
no more than 78 years of age to Lose Some Fat.
What lifestyle changes will I have
to make to be successful with this program?
The changes we recommend are not life changing. We
refer to most things as "shortcuts" because they are exactly
what the average person does from day to day just slightly
differently. Your family and friends may not even notice that
you make these changes because they are so minuscule.
What do I have to do to get a
refund if I am unsuccessful.
We simply ask that you read and try our program for a
minimum of one month. You must keep a record of your weight
daily in your weight loss progression chart available in the
members area. If you are unable to lose weight by the end of
your first week you should consult our health team. If after
the fourth week you have still not lost any weight we will
refund your membership fee + 25%.
